What’s in the box

In 2014 the country was promised achhe din. By 2026 the airports, ports, power lines and the 9 p.m. news belong to two or three people. In MODIPOLY you get to be one of them.

Buy Jaisalmer for pocket change, flip Delhi for a fortune, run a Bullet Train that never opens, and when the ED knocks, remember: the washing machine is always open.

How to play

Same screen

Pass and play on one device. The banner always shows whose turn it is, then you hand it over.

Online with a friend

Host a game, get a five-letter code, send it to a friend. Trades and auction bids pop up on their screen.

  1. Roll both dice and move clockwise.
  2. Resolve the space: buy, pay rent, draw a card, pay tax or go to Tihar.
  3. Build, mortgage or trade before or after you roll.
  4. Doubles? Roll again. Three in a row sends an Opposition player to Tihar.
